From Our Chef Patron Rob:
“Since my first kitchen job at the age of 15 I felt a pull towards the hospitality industry. Working along side my brother at first in the kitchen and then into the front of house side later on, i cant imagine doing anything else for a job which is also my passion. At 18 i moved to New Zealand and jumped back into the kitchen and haven’t looked back since. I spent many years travelling and soaking up as much about food, wine and everything based in the industry always with the intention on putting that knowledge into my own place one day. I’m truly happy that that time is finally here. Our team is here to look after our customers needs and are more than happy to help make your visit an enjoyable and memorable experience. Our passion and wish for The George At Brailes is to provide a warm friendly environment where people from all walks of life can enjoy our delicious menu for lunch or dinner, our cosy rooms for the night and our beautiful beer garden.
